Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your GainzAssist account and associated workout data at any time.
Please email us from the same email address used for your GainzAssist account, if possible.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our support address with the subject line:

- Your GainzAssist account record.
- Workout data associated with your account.
- Workout session and progress data associated with your account.
Revoking Third-Party Access (YouTube)
Because GainzAssist does not collect or store your YouTube account data, there is no personal YouTube API data for us to delete. If you have authorized third-party access to your Google Account and wish to revoke it, you can manage your permissions via the Google Security Settings.
Processing time
We will review deletion requests and process them as soon as reasonably possible. We may contact you if we need more information to verify the account.
